For the next 12 months, the original slow Orleans fermentation method in vinegar oak casks gives birth to delicate, complex vinegars suitable for drinking. (Production of conventional vinegars takes only a few days).

Subsequent maceration of organic oranges, vanilla and cinnamon in this limited batch create additional fantastic layers of flavors and aromas.
