For the next 12 months, the original slow Orleans fermentation method in vinegar oak casks gives birth to delicate, complex vinegars suitable for drinking. (Production of conventional vinegars takes only a few days).

Subsequent maceration of chokeberry, jalapeño peppers, horseradish and the addition of honey in this limited batch create additional fantastic layers of flavors and aromas.

shake - pour - dilute 1 part to 5-10 parts of (sparkling) water, feel free to add 1 part alcohol according to your own taste
