Minimum order value

The minimum value of a shipped order is CZK 1,000 including VAT, excluding shipping.

Czech Republic

Orders within the Czech Republic are delivered by Messenger. Shipping is calculated automatically from the contents of your order and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched and provide delivery updates.

Bratislava

Messenger also delivers to selected Bratislava postcodes. Availability and shipping cost are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address entered.

Rest of Slovakia and international shipping

Outside the Czech Republic and supported Bratislava postcodes, delivery is provided by carriers other than Messenger. Available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address.

For international delivery, the same shipping tier applies to orders of 1–18 bottles. A further tier applies to larger orders; the final price is always displayed at checkout before you complete the order.

International delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Actual delivery time may vary by country and address.

The carrier may charge a remote-area surcharge of up to EUR 20. If it cannot be determined during checkout, we will contact you before dispatch and will ship only after you accept the surcharge. See the remote-area postcode list.

Where the destination country's laws require special declarations, taxes or fees for imported alcohol, the recipient is responsible for complying with and paying them. This applies only to orders containing alcohol.

Orders containing alcohol

We sell alcoholic beverages only to customers aged 18 or over. A shipment containing alcohol may only be accepted by a person aged 18 or over.
